Allvisa AG

Allvisa AG is a wholly Swiss company owned 100% by its partners. With a team of 24, including eight pension fund experts, it is one of the market leaders in pension fund consulting. We place great value on providing competent, independent, and customer-focused individual services and support. Our customers appreciate our pragmatic solutions and our networked thinking.

Our services include:

Expert mandate within the meaning of Art. 52e BVG

The occupational pension expert must periodically review the financial security of the pension fund and the legal compliance of the regulatory and actuarial provisions. The classic review of financial security in the second pillar is a snapshot assessment, which we believe falls short. We therefore supplement our actuarial reports with a detailed analysis of the pension fund's risk capacity. This includes a profit and loss analysis as well as a review of the financing of the individual benefit components for active insured persons and the risk profile of pensioners. We also analyze the composition of the insured and pensioner population, cashflow, retrospective and prospective target returns, and the stability of the pension fund.

Pension consulting
In addition to providing expert services, we offer comprehensive pension consulting. Allvisa AG's long-standing clients include around 200 small, medium-sized, and large pension funds under private and public law, as well as internationally active corporations.

Thanks to this diversity, we maintain an overview of developments in occupational pension provision. In our opinion, pension solutions should always be adapted to new circumstances, as they are an important instrument in a company's human resources policy.

Our consultants are happy to help you develop pension solutions, handle complex projects, and communicate with the management bodies of the employer company, the insured persons, and the supervisory bodies. For simplicity and better understanding, online tools developed by us can be used in communication.

We also include legal advice in our pension consulting services. We analyze and handle benefit claims and advise our clients on all legal issues relating to the BVG, including the establishment and liquidation of pension funds.

Asset-liability studies

We are happy to support our clients in balancing their assets and liabilities. Our dynamic balance sheet modeling extrapolates the actuarial balance sheet into the future. Our clients receive a presentation of the development of the target return, the coverage ratio, and the cash flow. This gives them an idea of how their obligations will develop and allows them to compare these results with the expected income on the asset side. Depending on their risk capacity, measures can or must then be decided upon on the asset and/or liability side.

International accounting

With our specialized team, we evaluate the pension obligations of corporations and listed companies according to various international accounting standards (IAS 19, US-GAAP, etc.).

We support our clients in determining the assumptions required for the calculation and show the effects of plan changes. On request, we also prepare the information required for the company's financial statements.

Brokerage

In the SME sector, we assist our clients in the optimal selection and implementation of collective foundation affiliations. In doing so, they benefit from our extensive market knowledge and ongoing support from carefully selected pension funds.

We seek the best reinsurance solution for semi-autonomous pension funds – the lowest premium is not always the best offer.

We support our corporate clients with their personal insurance (KTG, UVG, UVG supplementary) and property insurance (business and professional liability, property insurance, D&O insurance, legal protection, fleet management).

Further training

Our customers benefit from our biannual “Allvisa Aktuell” further training events, at which we inform managing directors and foundation board members about the latest developments and issues in occupational pension provision.

This event counts as further training in accordance with the statutory continuing education requirement.

We train foundation board members with regard to their effective pension solutions, teach at universities of applied sciences, and give presentations and seminars on pension topics.

Further training also includes holding events to prepare insured persons for retirement or to inform them about their pension solutions and any changes to the plan.
