Insured persons administration

To ensure that your employees are fully provided for, we take care of managing personal accounts, preparing personal pension statements, exit settlements, processing home ownership subsidies, purchases into pension funds, salary deductions for insured persons, retirement support, coordination with reinsurance companies, and processing benefit claims. Our web portal ensures efficiency and security when reporting changes online.

 

Accounting and annual financial statements

In accordance with current accounting regulations, we manage your accounting and prepare your annual financial statements so that they stand up to the rigorous scrutiny of the auditors and supervisory authorities. This includes, for example, the posting of all business transactions, securities accounting, the complete annual financial statements, and coordination with the respective auditing company.

 

Payment services

Our payment service fits seamlessly between insured person management and accounting and optimizes processes in the long term. This includes, among other things: transfer of benefits, collection of contributions, reports to the Federal Tax Administration. Thanks to our multi-bank platform, we work with any bank you trust. In combination with insured person management and accounting, the payment service covers all the administrative processes of a pension fund.

 

Management

The operational management of your pension fund is in good hands with us. We have many years of experience and are happy to advise and train foundation board members, members of pension committees, and HR managers. We take care of preparing and conducting foundation board meetings, liquidity planning, contact with authorities and external service providers, information letters to your beneficiaries, and organizing training and continuing education for the foundation board.

 

Creation of pension concepts and analyses for SMEs

We take care of needs assessment, the development of benefit plans and concepts, risk coverage, tenders, and the evaluation of pension funds and pension solutions, etc. (including implementation and support).

 

Development of autonomous and semi-autonomous, company-specific pension solutions

We take care of the establishment of foundations for registered pension institutions and employer funds, as well as the development of the associated regulations and organizational documents, such as investment and organizational regulations, etc.
