- Tax assessment of real estate sales and preparation of property gains tax returns;
- Auditing and optimisation of internal control systems (ICS) and submission of audit reports in accordance with ISAE 3000, ISAE 3402, etc.;

- Management of all financial accounting, including preparation of annual financial statements.
