The public limited company, with offices in St. Gallen and Zurich, will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2025. Since its founding in 2005 by Prof. em. Dr. Alex Keel and Dr. Roger Baumann, c-alm has grown continuously. With the recent joining of Stefan Beiner, c-alm now counts six partners and over 50 highly qualified employees – including seven pension fund experts and more than 10 investment specialists. The firm is entirely owned by the operating partners, ensuring independent consulting.

To enable managers in occupational pensions to act with foresight rather than simply react to current developments, we offer flexible and innovative continuing education programs. c-alm AG has also co-developed the CAS "Occupational Pensions" program at the University of St. Gallen and the MAS "Pension Fund Management" program at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, and co-founded the OSBA platform for the training of foundation board members.
