Foundation Accounting

In accounting, we manage your foundation's accounting in accordance with all current standards and regulations and also support you in the areas of securities accounting and periodic reporting (performance calculations, consolidation of multiple mandates, integration of direct real estate investments, monitoring of investment guidelines, etc.).
Investment Services

Due to realignments that contribute to fulfilling the additional requirements of the FinSA and FinIA, which have been in effect since January 1, 2023, the implementation of the investment guidelines will be delegated to our partner, VI VorsorgeInvest AG, one of the largest independent asset managers in Switzerland. VI VorsorgeInvest has all the necessary organizational structures and is FINMA-licensed. Risk monitoring, reporting, and securities accounting will continue to be handled directly from Baden-Dättwil.
