Asset Management & Investment Advisory
We are a FINMA-licensed asset manager. Our services cover activities throughout the entire investment process (planning, implementation, monitoring). During the planning phase, we assist you in defining your investment philosophy, risk budget, and strategy, and we define the framework in the investment regulations. In terms of implementation, we support you in managing your investments. Depending on your needs, you can delegate implementation entirely to us (asset management mandate), or we can provide you with advice (advisory mandate). In addition to selecting direct investments, we work with selected fund managers. Thanks to asset pooling, you can benefit from attractive terms. In the area of monitoring, we perform compliance and controlling tasks and, together with external partners, ensure performance reporting to the Board of Trustees and the Investment Committee. We are distinguished by our extensive know-how and many years of experience. In addition to traditional investments, we have extensive expertise in alternative investments. This wealth of experience has contributed to the investment results achieved for our clients significantly exceeding those of our peers.
Management
By assuming management responsibility, we ensure the operational management of your pension fund. This includes developing pension solutions and pension regulations in collaboration with the occupational pensions expert, developing decision-making bases for the Board of Trustees, organizing and conducting Board of Trustees and Investment Committee meetings, and communicating and coordinating with the Board of Trustees, experts, auditors, and authorities. The Managing Director assumes this responsibility and acts in accordance with business management considerations and legal and regulatory provisions. The scope of this service is determined individually in consultation with the Board of Trustees. Independence, transparency, and partnership are central characteristics that we cultivate in our management.
Actuarial Administration
Within the scope of our actuarial administration, we manage the entire insured base of your pension fund. Tasks such as managing insured accounts, recording changes, processing benefit claims, and performing calculations for the insured are all part of this service. Underwriting administration is carried out by experienced and qualified account managers based on standards and proven procedures and processes. Modern software, which allows for needs-based integration with various interfaces, also supports those responsible in the reliable and professional provision of this service. We avoid automating customer contact and emphasize personal, efficient, and effective communication with our policyholders.
Commercial Administration
Commercial administration involves the accounting of all insured-related payment flows and securities transactions. This area also handles the processing of all payment transactions (contributions, pensions, and capital payments). Maintaining foundation and securities accounting includes the preparation of the annual financial statements and the annual report, which we present to the Board of Trustees. Our employees handle the resulting activities precisely, transparently, and properly. We manage the associated risks thanks to effective internal controls. In addition to preparing the annual financial statements, we also produce a detailed annual report, which provides the Board of Trustees and insured members with additional transparency and a clear overview. These features enable the Board of Trustees to act responsibly and sustainably.
